Membership Period

• Runs annually from July 1 – June 30 or January 1 – December 31 depending on your sign-up date.

Annual Dues

• $10.00 per person

Membership Benefits

1. Free Ranchette Listing

   • List your ranchette for sale on the LCROA listing page on this site at no cost.

2. Exclusive Resources for Ranchette Owners

   • Access to links and tools specific to your ranchette property, including:

     • Soil type information

     • Maps showing easements

     • Name and address of adjacent property owners

     • Current Luna County road map

     • History of nearby wells

     • Flood zone data

     • And more

   • Assistance from LCROA volunteers (via Zoom and/or phone) to help navigate these websites.

3. Community Involvement

   • Participate in LCROA’s community activities, including:

     • Scholarships for 1–3 Deming High School seniors attending college

     • Grants for local nonprofit organizations

   • In 2024, LCROA awarded $20,000 in grants through the $110,000 Donor Fund established at the Grant County Community Foundation.
