LCROA - Luna County Ranchette Owners Association
Welcome to LCROA – Serving Luna County Landowners Since 1972
The Luna County Ranchette Owners Association (LCROA) is a 501(c)(4) organization rooted in the heart of southwest New Mexico. Founded in 1972, our early members built a clubhouse—completed in 1979—that served as a hub for connection and community. Originally formed to help newcomers from across the U.S. settle into their rural Luna County ranchette land, LCROA continues to welcome all Luna County landowners and those interested in joining our ranchette lifestyle.
In 2015, we sold our clubhouse and, in 2020, invested $110,000 from the sale into a Donor Trust Fund with the Grant County Community Foundation. These funds allow us to give back to our community—such as our 2020/21 grant to Deming Silver Linings for compostable lunch boxes, helping both people in need and our environment.
At LCROA, we’re about more than land—we’re about community, stewardship, and making Luna County an even better place to call home.
