About LCROA Membership
Membership runs each year from July 1st through June 30th. Or January 1 through December 31 depending on sign-up time. Dues are $10.00 per person and include:
- The opportunity to list your ranchette for sale on the LCROA listing page on this site. Listing is free!
- You have access to resources specific to owning a ranchette. Members get links to sites that provide information specific to their ranchette land including soil type, maps showing easements, the name and address of owners for adjacent properties, a current Luna County road map, history of wells nearby, and flood zones just to name a few.
- Assistance, by zoom and/or phone, from LCROA volunteers to help you navigate the websites in those links, just email us at [email protected] or call 575.200.4172 to set up an appointment.
- The opportunity to be a part of our community activities. That includes scholarships we give every year to 1-3 seniors in Deming High School who are going on to college plus grants awarded to local nonprofit organizations. This year we are planning to give $20,000 in grants through the $110,000 Donor Fund we established at the Grant County Community Foundation.
- Access to LCROA Board meeting minutes. Prior meeting minutes are available under the tab “Board Meeting Minutes”
- A Facebook page for Luna County ranchette owners to communicate with one another as well as potential new owners.
